[question]
I have heard you say many a time that (most) people aren’t willing to pay for HTML content (as opposed to a PDF). Given your comment about the low pricing of books via the Kindle, what is your perspective on whether people are going to be willing to pay up for content via an e-reader and what does that mean for premium newsletter publishers?

[answer]
There’s a bright future for premium content publishers. As long as nobody goes in and ruins the business model, people will continue to pay for content unless it’s 100 year old book, like in Google Books.
Right now people know they have to pay for content on these devices, and unless that model changes somehow, they’ll continue to spend money on content they consider valuable.
