A few thoughts from Don also…
After a fair amount of testing, we discovered that selling the subscription as an option to the one-shot sells the most subscriptions… and the online access seems to keep the retention rate high….
Data is pretty new… we will start writing about it once we have good retention data….

I notice that Mequoda doesn’t sell a “content only” subscription, rather a combo of seminars plus content. Is that a formula you would recommend for other publishers? Why have you chosen that approach?
