Create Another Content Option with WP-Print

Consider this scenario: Your email sends audience members back to your blog. They read the article and completely love it. What happens then?

In some instances they may bookmark the article. But how often do people really return to content after it’s been bookmarked? Dozens of my bookmarks were done on impulse and never returned to.

The other option is to download the WP-Print plug-in onto your WordPress website. This plug-in allows users to see a printable version of your WordPress blog’s posts and pages.

Would this plug-in be valuable to your audience? If you provide a lot of actionable content, then it might be. Any blog that discusses how to build, create or do certain activities would benefit from this plug-in.

As an avid hiker, I’d love to be able to print hiking directions or other tips from my favorite blogs so I could take them along on excursions. If you’re lost in the woods, there isn’t much a bookmarked website can do (unless you have a smartphone with internet access, which isn’t always the case). However, printed materials could be a lifesaver, or at the very least, a nice break from looking at digital media all the time.

WP-Print is a free plug-in for WordPress websites. However, if you’d like to receive a complete list of dozens of plug-ins perfect for publishers, including our Premium Mequoda Plug-ins only available to Gold Member Clients, contact Kim Mateus for consulting options.
